Founder
Mark is a qualified engineer who moved into technical sales after graduation and eventually into sales training. He’d spent years delivering training in the UK and Australia – including for large firms such as Apple, McKinsey, Capgemini, National Grid and KPMG – with a unique focus on helping people learn faster and more effectively.
Mark has trained many people across his career, but the graduate market is a favourite: driven, curious learners with a real hunger to succeed.

Des has been recruiting sales engineers for over two decades. After working for a graduate sales training company, he set up ETS Technical Selection in 2003, focusing on engineering and technical sales roles for UK SMEs.
The challenge? Many SMEs didn’t have internal training to support those graduates – which meant great candidates weren’t being hired.
